Common questions

Where do I download my purchase?+

Sign in and open Dashboard → Downloads. Every product you own is listed there, along with the latest version.

Where can I find my license?+

Sign in and open Dashboard → Licenses. It shows each license you own and its type, personal or commercial.

I paid but my purchase isn't in my dashboard. What now?+

Your license is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed, which usually takes a few seconds. If it still isn't there after a few minutes, email support@developermill.com with your order ID or checkout email and we'll sort it out.

Can I get a refund?+

No. Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so all purchases are final. If a product doesn't work as described, we'll help you fix it. If you were charged twice, or charged without getting access, email support@developermill.com and we'll correct it. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for details.

Which license do I need?+

A personal license covers one personal or non-commercial project. Anything that earns money or is built for a client needs a commercial license. Free products are MIT licensed. The License page has a full comparison.

Do templates get updated for new Expo SDK versions?+

Yes. Paid products include future updates, such as upgrades for new Expo SDK versions, for as long as we maintain them. Download the latest version from your dashboard.

Can you build a custom feature for my app?+

Support covers questions about our products, not custom development. You're free to extend the source code yourself; that's what it's for.
